The European Commission has just published the Restricted Call for Proposals 2011-2012 with the following title: "Raising public awareness of development issues and promoting development education in the European Union", Reference: EuropeAid/131141/C/ACT/Multiple Please note that Local Authorities and their associations are not eligible as "applicants" within the framework of this call for proposals but they can participate as "partners" of Non-State Actors.
